On our recent trip to Iceland we decided to travel at night and sleep in the daytime for two reasons: Almost no tourists, and better light for photography. I took this long exposure shot at the Black Sand Beach near Vik. Formation of basalt rocks sticks out of the sea called Reynisdrangar.
I processed a balanced and a paintery HDR photo from a RAW exposure, merged them selectively, adjusted the curves and desaturated the image.
