Contrary to the title tag, the meta description is designed to seduce the audience, as the meta description is no longer a criteria in the Google web positioning. It can be considered as an indirect effect on the ranking, in the sense that it can offer a great user experience to all visitors. The meta description is a little longer than the title tag and allows you to fill out your offer. However, we must always keep in mind what the Internet user truly search and not exceed 150 characters.
