How it works

An annual program without administrative complexity.

You keep the flexibility to choose software, teams and dates while respecting the progressive release of training sessions.

01

Choose your plan

The first payment activates the twelve-month agreement and establishes your monthly budget.

02

Set your priorities

We clarify the software, skill levels, teams and expected business results.

03

Book your sessions

Training sessions become available progressively and may accumulate during the agreement.

04

Use rapid support

Employees may book short online interventions to resolve a specific difficulty.

Progressive availability

Training sessions are released throughout the agreement.

This structure protects your budget and supports realistic scheduling with instructors.

EssentialAbout 1 session every 2 months

One bonus session after six months. A maximum of two sessions may be delivered in the same month.

Partner2 sessions per month

One bonus session at the end of each four-month period. A maximum of five sessions may be delivered in the same month.

Rapid support

One hour to resolve a specific difficulty.

Rapid support is an online meeting of up to 60 minutes. It can be used to review a file problem, explain a feature, check a method or help an employee complete a task.

  • Booked in one-hour blocks
  • May be used by different employees
  • No substantial preparation required
  • Unused hours expire at the end of each month

À la carte or annual plan?

Choose according to the frequency of your needs.

À-la-carte training remains ideal for a one-time requirement. An annual plan becomes especially valuable when several teams need training throughout the year.

Essential terms

What your organization should know before choosing a plan.

This summary is designed for clarity. The commercial proposal accepted by both parties specifies the software, delivery details and any applicable surcharges.

Term, payments and taxes

The plans are fixed twelve-month agreements. Payments are divided into twelve monthly instalments and do not create a month-to-month subscription. The first payment is due when the agreement begins, and applicable taxes are added.

Included training and participants

Each included training session is a private online session of up to three hours for a maximum of five participants from the same organization. Participants, teams and software may change between sessions. Additional participants and special requirements are billed separately.

Accumulation and renewal

Unused training sessions remain in the client’s bank until the end of the agreement, with no cash value and no refund or conversion to support hours. When the client renews before expiry, 50% of unused sessions may transfer, up to 2 for Essential, 4 for Growth or 7 for Partner. They must be used during the first six months and cannot be carried over a second time.

Monthly support

Support is booked in one-hour blocks and must be used during the month in which it is granted. Unused hours expire automatically and cannot be accumulated, refunded, transferred or converted into training sessions.

Booking and cancellation

Training should normally be booked at least five business days in advance. A session may be moved without charge with at least five business days’ written notice. A cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, or a no-show, is considered used. Support cancelled less than 24 hours in advance is also considered used.

Specialized and in-person training

A surcharge may apply for highly specialized expertise, substantial preparation, licences, special technical environments or the complete creation of a new course. For in-person delivery, travel time, transportation, accommodation, meals and other applicable expenses are quoted separately and require approval.

Late payment and early termination

JFL Media may suspend bookings when an account is overdue. If the client terminates early, training and support already used are recalculated at the regular à-la-carte rates. Payments received are applied to the recalculated amount, any remaining balance becomes due, and unused services are cancelled without refund.

Fair use, confidentiality and scope

Plans are for the internal needs of the signing organization and may not be resold or transferred. JFL Media and its instructors treat required business information confidentially. Where there is a conflict, the specific terms in the accepted commercial proposal prevail.
