This policy explains in plain language how JFL Media Training handles personal information received through its website and training activities.

1. Information we may receive
We may receive information you choose to send by email or telephone, including your name, business contact information, organization, training needs, number of participants, availability and mandate details.
Technical information
The hosting server may produce technical logs such as IP address, browser type, date and requested pages for security and website operation.
2. Purposes
- Respond to requests and prepare proposals;
- organize, deliver and follow up on training;
- communicate with people responsible for the mandate;
- protect the website, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations;
- improve services, content and documentation;
- measure aggregate website use through Google Analytics.
3. Data minimization
Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential data or client files until an authorized and appropriate sharing method has been agreed upon. Exercises can use anonymized data or equivalent examples.
4. Service providers
Information may be accessible to providers supporting hosting, email, videoconferencing, billing, analytics or training delivery, only as needed for the service. Some providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada according to their infrastructure and terms.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained for a period reasonably necessary for the mandate, administrative follow-up and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access, loss, use or disclosure.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z83RS2J2B3) to understand aggregate use and improve content. Google Analytics may set or access identifiers and collect technical information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information. Your browser settings or privacy tools may limit these technologies. No advertising tag is intentionally included in the current site code.
7. Your requests
You may request access to or correction of personal information about you, ask a question or report a concern. Identity verification may be required before responding.

This policy should be reviewed if forms, payment platforms, newsletters, advertising tools or new providers are added. Legal review adapted to the organization’s operations remains recommended.
