AI Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence training for business efficiency

Understand AI principles, use tools responsibly and turn real tasks into more efficient, verifiable and reusable work methods.

Beginner to advancedOnline or in person1 to 15 participants3-hour blocks

Professional training

A method that connects theory to real work

This training combines theory and practice. Participants learn what AI systems can and cannot do, how to write effective instructions, verify results, protect information and integrate tools into concrete processes. The program is vendor-neutral and demonstrations use tools authorized by the organization.

Objectives, software versions, authorized files and expected results are confirmed before training. The instructor alternates short explanations, demonstrations, guided practice, questions and immediate feedback.

Course plans

Choose the path that fits your team

Each path can be delivered alone, combined with another or adapted to your files. A mixed-level group can be divided so participants progress at the right pace.

Level 2

Productivity and work methods

Apply AI to research, documents, meetings, data and repetitive tasks.

9 hours3 sessions of 3 hours
  • Create traceable research methods
  • Prepare documents and presentations
  • Analyze information with controls
  • Turn a task into a reusable workflow

Level 3

Adoption, automation and governance

Select valuable use cases, manage risks and deploy measurable team methods.

9 hours3 sessions of 3 hours
  • Prioritize use cases by value and risk
  • Design controlled automations
  • Define roles, validation and internal rules
  • Measure adoption and results

A discussion, questionnaire and a few work examples help us recommend the appropriate duration and modules.

Assess my team

Detailed program

Three-hour sessions with practical objectives

The plan is flexible. Examples, exercises and deliverables are confirmed according to the industry, level and available tools.

Path 1

Foundations and responsible use

6 hours2 sessions of 3 hours

Who this path is for: Employees, managers and teams beginning to use AI or establishing shared practices.

Prerequisites: None

01

Session 1 — Theory and risks

Generative AI principles, models, context, plausible errors, bias, sensitive data, intellectual property and human accountability.

02

Session 2 — Guided practice

Request structure, context, constraints, examples, quality criteria, iteration, verification and a reusable checklist.

Path 2

Productivity and work methods

9 hours3 sessions of 3 hours

Who this path is for: Administrative, sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance and project teams.

Prerequisites: Basic AI principles and access to an authorized tool

01

Session 1 — Research and synthesis

Work questions, assisted research, sources, comparison, notes, synthesis and verification.

02

Session 2 — Documents and communication

Outlines, drafts, review, tone, tables, presentations, meeting notes and human control.

03

Session 3 — Data and processes

Data preparation, exploration, explained formulas or steps, process mapping, prototype and time-saved measurement.

Path 3

Adoption, automation and governance

9 hours3 sessions of 3 hours

Who this path is for: Managers, IT, compliance, communications, operations and internal AI champions.

Prerequisites: Practical AI experience and involvement of a manager or process owner

01

Session 1 — Use-case portfolio

Task mapping, value, risk, effort, data, tools and prioritization decisions.

02

Session 2 — Controlled prototype

Inputs, instructions, outputs, validation, exceptions, logging, tests and documentation.

03

Session 3 — Governance and adoption

Approved tools, prohibited data, transparency, responsibilities, indicators, continued learning and 30/60-day follow-up.

Target skills

Learn what is genuinely useful

Content is organized around the actions, decisions and results participants must produce rather than a simple feature list.

01

Understand limitations

Recognize plausible errors, bias, missing context and cases requiring human expertise.

02

Protect information

Classify data and use only authorized content and tools.

03

Write effective instructions

Define the objective, context, constraints, format and quality criteria.

04

Verify results

Trace sources, test, compare and document uncertainty.

05

Integrate into processes

Turn a good one-off answer into a repeatable method with validation.

06

Measure gains

Evaluate quality, time, adoption, risk and actual organizational value.

Collaborative training

Training built around your projects

After a short demonstration, participants practise, compare methods and receive immediate feedback. When real files cannot be shared, equivalent exercises reproduce the same constraints without exposing confidential information.

Create a verified research briefFormulate a question, find sources, compare claims and produce a traceable summary.

Turn notes into a documentStructure, draft, revise and adapt a document or presentation with human control.

Prototype a repetitive taskMap inputs, decisions, exceptions, outputs and validation in an administrative process.

Targeted workshops

Go deeper on a specific need

A workshop can be delivered on its own or integrated into a longer path to address a production, collaboration or governance challenge.

SAFE

Safe and responsible use

Sensitive data, approved tools, intellectual property, validation and decision protocol.

SEARCH

Research and verification

Sources, evidence, cross-checking, citations, uncertainty and synthesis.

DOC

Documents and presentations

Outlines, drafts, tone, data, accessibility and human review.

DATA

Data analysis

Business question, preparation, exploration, visualization, controls and limits.

AUTO

Administrative automation

Mapping, prototype, exceptions, testing, logging and deployment plan.

POLICY

Internal rules and adoption

Use cases, risk, responsibilities, approved tools, metrics and follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Prepare your training project

Is the training tied to ChatGPT or one tool?

No. Principles transfer across tools. Demonstrations use systems authorized and available in your organization.

Can confidential data be used?

Only when the organization authorizes it and the tool, account and process meet its rules. Otherwise, anonymized data is used.

Does the course promise full automation?

No. It helps select reasonable use cases, build controlled prototypes and define necessary human validation.

How do you measure effectiveness?

The mandate can define baseline time, errors, quality, adoption and a follow-up after training.

Can AI replace human verification?

No. The training explicitly identifies decisions, controls and responsibilities that remain human.
