Podcamp Pittsburgh 7: Presenting Statistics in Social Media

This session will be on ways to present statistics to an online audience. Why it matters and how it can enhance your message. Discussed will be methods of presentation and very basic data analysis. Ways to obtain charts and graphs from other sources will be discussed. For a real data example I will present the results of a feedback survey I received from last years presentation. It can be seen here http://csiwodeadbodies.blogspot.com/2011/12/podcamp-pittsburgh-6-recap.html

What are three key takeaways attendees will learn from your session?

1. Statistics are not boring.
2. Data presentation can be done cheaply on social media.
3. The right charts and graphs can greatly enhance your presentation.
