Hi Premiere Gal. Great video tutorial. My question is, how do I get a ‘white’ square instead of black?
    Thank you.

Facebook videos which are exported in 1080p can only be viewed up to 640p on a mobile device, but on the desktop you can view up to 1080p. Anyone else having these problems?

Facebook closed my add because of 1080 1080 ratio! Don’t know why! So this is not allowed or what? 🙁

Excellent Video. +1 Sub. Only thing that needs updating is the title slides no longer show, but a quick google search tells you how to find it. (File new, legacy titles for those reading this)

    Nice video…liked & subbed

What is the lowest quality settings u would recommend for FB? Often we have to upload long videos rather QUICKLY, so we actually want to have the smallest file size possible without looking stupidly lo=fi.

    THANKS!

Here is an easier way for the 1080 x 1080 drag thing – DO NOT drag from the other sequence – but take the sequence from the Project window and drag it from there into the 1080 x 1080 sequence and then just right click on the dragged sequence and "Set(or scale) to frame size" and you got it done much much easier and faster 🙂

    Hey great video,

so what about the 1080 x 1080 pixel setting. Is it the 1:1 Ratio? Is this type of ratio still allowed on 2018?

This was super helpful. I’m creating an explainer video for my website http://www.pocheposh.com. One suggestion I have is zooming out on the export settings so that viewers can screenshot the full setting list that you’ve customized. That way we can reference them later without scrolling through the entire video. But truly amazing, great vocal clarity, appropriate speed in explanation – very impressed 🙂

Is there a way to change the colour of the black bars? I want them in white, but when I change the background, it covers the whole video. TIA

At last. A niche Adobe Premiere tutorial not done in a garage with a thick foreign accent. Even her imitation Russian is clear. Not spoken from the bottom of a well, "yell-Oh kom-Rods Yeow! Vatz App?" She’s Pro from the Get-Go.

Thanks for this video. I’m needing to export to FB in 1080×1080 but without the black bars on top or bottom. Is there a trick in the exporting window to get those black bars out? I know you can go into crop and do 240px on top and bottom but still stays there when you get back into the "output" tab. Thanks!

Just what I was looking for. Second day on Premier CC 2017 after spending quite a few years in Vegas Pro. It was all I needed to get the useful insights to get some basics going. Now I have to watch the other clips in this sequence as well. 😉 Thanks. Great stuff.

Premiere Gal, first of all, thank you for this video, it is really helpful. I rigorously followed the steps and I actually did it, BUT when I export the video, a white little bar on the right side of the video appears and disappears, like it is blinking… PLEASE HELP! I would like to pubblish my video tomorrow and I don’t know how to fix this issue. Thank you for your help! Dario
