Canva Tips & Tricks

Welcome to day 84 of my 100 Days of Freebies Christmas countdown! It’s no secret that I love Canva. It’s a great way to create everything from social media graphics to headers and even eBooks. In today’s tutorial I put together a handful of my favorite Canva tips and tricks that I frequently use when I’m creating graphics for websites, social media, and lead magnets.

Great help video BUT, I’ve been searching tutorials for 2 HOURS in order to have a good layout BUT WHILE USING MY OWN image on a layout rather than THEIR image! I keep seeing how everyone changes the TEXT on the free layouts but NOONE has shown how to do a nice layout with their own uploaded image. Like what if I would want to put my You Tube thumbnail image on the right and my text (or video title on the LEFT of the thumbnail)? Or, if I’d want to upload my own image then type in my title of my video and maybe add a box around my title? I just don’t want to have a photo with my text on my thumbnail! That’s boring!! But again, I’ve endlessly searched for how to use my own photo and make my layout look good …. Any help you can give me I would be so very appreciative!!!!!!!!

Maybe you can help? I went to Canva and selected " Youtube Channel Art". I also downloaded the template to make it all line up correctly. When I go to YouTube to change the Channel Art, it is way too big and will not fit. What is the deal?
